Our Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow our carefully considered process below.

Note on Sustainable Practices: In keeping with our commitment to reducing waste, we encourage customers to consider exchanges before opting for returns. Each return shipment generates carbon emissions, and we appreciate your mindfulness in this matter.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Face Masks
  • Cleaning, Care Products and Insoles

All other items from our collections (including Accessories, Bags, Clothing, Footwear, and more) are eligible for return provided they meet our return conditions.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order, using the template provided below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Include the original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice. For exchanges, clearly indicate your desired alternative.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Nottingham workshop using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return. You will receive email confirmation at each stage.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are processed with the same attention to detail as our garment construction:

  • Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received. There may be a price difference adjustment for exchanges of different value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement, treating the matter with the urgency it deserves.

Our Ethical Commitment: Returned items in perfect condition will be restocked with care. Those with minor imperfections will be redirected to our sample sales or donated to charitable partners, in line with our sustainability values.
