Shipping Information

We carefully prepare each order with the same attention to detail that goes into crafting our sustainable luxury products:

Order Processing: 1-2 business days

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Please note we cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Our Thoughtful Returns Process

Should any item not meet your expectations, we offer a returns process designed with both convenience and environmental responsibility in mind. In keeping with our sustainability values, we encourage exchanges where possible to reduce waste and carbon emissions from additional shipping.

Return Conditions

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: Face Masks, Cleaning & Care Products, and Insoles.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our customer care at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Include original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice. For exchanges, clearly indicate your preferred alternative.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Nottingham workshop using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once received. You’ll receive email confirmation at each stage.

Refund Information

We process refunds with the same attention to detail as our garment construction:

  • Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

Our Ethical Commitment

Returned items in perfect condition will be restocked with care. Those with minor imperfections will be redirected to our sample sales or donated to charitable partners, in line with our sustainability values.
